This unique hand-crafted winery also produces mead, a wine made from honey. A barrel tour of the winery covers the full production facility for crafting wine from the grapes and the fermentation process for their local mead. Guests have a chance to taste wine and mead directly from the barrels before the products are bottled.
The Mountain Spirit Winery in Saldia is a boutique winery that produces distinctive grape and fruit blends. The Cherry Apple Blush wine is made with apples grown right on the grounds.
